An online learning tool, Blackboard offers Rowan and RowanSOM students 24/7 access to their classes. Professors can use Blackboard to house essential course materials, create classroom message boards or launch a fully online or hybrid in-person/online classroom environment.

The Bursar’s Office handles students’ billing needs. Students can pay their tuition bill in person, online or by mail, arrange for a deferred tuition payment plan, receive student loan refund checks and add to their ‘Boro Bucks accounts.
